Worth an email
- A tool we should look at. Found something great — or something we got wrong? Tell us. The guides get better when readers push back.
- A guide topic. If a buying question keeps coming up in your shop, it probably belongs on this site.
- Brand coverage. Makers and sellers: if your tools belong in front of people who buy with their own money, say hello — or see Advertise With Us for placement options.
One honest note: this is a small operation. Every email gets read; replies go first to the questions the guides can answer best.
Corrections policy
Specs change, lines get discontinued, and occasionally we get something wrong. If you spot an error, send the correction with a source and we’ll fix it — no defensiveness, no silent edits that pretend it never happened.
What we can’t help with
- Orders and shipping. We don’t sell tools — we point you to retailers. Order questions go to the merchant you bought from.
- Warranty claims. Those live with the manufacturer. Check the warranty terms in the guide that sent you there.
And for everyone’s privacy: we don’t publish a phone number or street address, and we’d rather you didn’t send us yours unless it’s needed.
